My vision for JSP is to provide local people with high quality evidence based physiotherapy treatment to help them achieve their goals in the quickest time possible.
My Story
I am a passionate Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist with 5 years experience helping improve peoples lives. I graduated from the University of Plymouth in 2018. Since then I have developed my knowledge and skills in MSK Physiotherapy by working in a variety of settings in Hampshire. I have experience working in the NHS, elite level sport with Portsmouth FC, occupational health and in GP practices. I have particular interest in adolescents and sports injury rehab. In addition to this, I have completed courses in sports massage, acupuncture and a masters module in Paediatric Physiotherapy.

I am a keen sportsman myself, having suffered a number of injuries, I truly understand how frustrating it is to not be able to do the things you enjoy. That is why I love what I do, there is no better feeling for me than helping people ease their symptoms and achieve their goals.

What to expect from JSP
By the end of the first consultation I aim to answer 4 key questions:

Following the initial appointment, I will send you a summary of my assessment and a treatment plan so you know exactly what you need to be doing between sessions. This is alongside a rehabilitation programme on the free app, Physitrack. This allows you to refer and track your programme at any time. I will been on hand between your sessions to answer any questions you may have.
